Journey Mapping

Objective

Visualise the happy path workflow for a user's end-to-end journey.

Workshop

Tasks:
  1. Group recap on learnings from Discovery
    • Review outputs from Product Vision; Assumptions; Service Blueprint; User Synthesis;
  2. Nominate a participant to draw a 'Journey Map' and scribe on it for the next step(s)
  3. Group to agree the most important user scenario to be mapped i.e. Broker creates and binds a proposal
  4. Group to capture what happens at each stage of the user journey, considering:
    • Activities - what is the user doing at each stage
    • Questions - what is the user thinking at each stage
    • Motivations - what is the user seeing to make them want to continue to the next stage
    • Experience - what is the user feeling at each stage i.e. positive/neutral/negative
