Workshop

Tasks:
  1. Product Owner shares any related information around the business strategic vision
  2. Nominate a participant to draw a 'Product Vision Board' and scribe on it for the next step(s)
  3. Product Owner describes what the business believe is their vision for the product
  4. Group to discuss (and iterate) the product vision by focusing on:
    • User Targeted
    • User Needs
    • Goals: Business vs. Product
    • Key Metrics
    • Revenue Streams
