Discovery: What problem are we solving?
The Discovery phase is our opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the business and users needs of a proposed product; We do so by listening to the strategic business thinking, collaborating with business stakeholders / end users on what is important to them, and conducting technical research.
Core Team
At a minimum these roles must be in place prior to the start of the Discovery phase and available throughout.
