Framing: How are we solving the problem?
The Framing phase is our opportunity to apply learnings from Discovery to rapidly explore a viable solution to the problem; We do so by generating ideas and prototypes that we validate with end users to inform, guide and prioritise product features.
Core Team
At a minimum these roles must be in place prior to the start of the Framing phase and available throughout.
