Objective

Define and prioritise insights from user testing.

Workshop

Tasks:

1. For first user test conducted the facilitator shares insights with the group and adds to a shared space i.e. whiteboard
   • Scribe insights on post-it notes under the user's name
   • Use one post-it note per insight
2. Group to sort insights into positive vs. negative categories
3. Repeat for each usability test conducted
4. Nominate a participant to draw an 'Issues Axis' for the next step(s)
5. Group to plot the negative insights that are across at least 2 user tests onto the relevant quadrant of the 'Issues Axis'
6. Individually dot vote on top 5 negative insights from 'Quadrant 1' of the 'Issue Axis'
   • Each participant gets 5 vote
7. Nominate a participant to draw a 'Recommendations Axis' and scribe on it for the next step(s)
8. Group to discuss recommendations to address the top 5 voted negative insights from the 'Issues Axis'
9. Anything in 'Quadrant 1' of the 'Recommendations Axis' provides the best ROI and should be the top priority to address
