Generate ideas for the product.

Workshop

Tasks:

1. Group recap on the happy path user flow from journey mapping
   1. Review outputs from Product Vision; Risks; Assumptions; User Types; User Synthesis; etc
2. Nominate a participant to draw an 'Ideas Board' for the next step(s)
3. Individually scribe on post-it notes your ideas for the product i.e. Desktop widget for Broker to...
   • Use one post-it note per idea
4. Individually in turn, add your ideas to the 'Ideas Board' giving a quick overview about each idea
5. Nominate a participant to draw an 'Ideas Axis' for the next step(s)
6. Group to plot each idea from the 'Ideas Board' over to the 'Ideas Axis'
7. Individually dot vote on the ideas from 'Quadrant 1' of the 'Ideas Axis' you want to see moved into sketching
   • Each participant gets 3 votes
