Identify who will be directly vs. indirectly involved.

Workshop

Tasks:

1. Nominate a participant to draw a 'Stakeholder Map' and scribe on it for the next step(s)
2. Group to discuss who may be part of the core team; add their name and role to the 'Stakeholder Map'
   • Core team are people 'in the house' and communication happens constantly
3. Group to discuss who may be a primary stakeholders; add their name and role to the 'Stakeholder Map'
   • Primary stakeholders are people directly impacted and their success depends on our success
4. Group to discuss who may be a secondary stakeholders; add their name and role to the 'Stakeholder Map'
   • Secondary stakeholders are people indirectly impacted and do not necessarily depend on our success
