Objective

Define and prioritise insights from user interviews.

Workshop

Tasks:

1. For first interview conducted the interviewer shares insights with the group and adds to a shared space i.e. whiteboard;
   • Scribe insights on post-it notes under the interviewee name
   • Use one post-it note per insight
2. Repeat for each interview conducted
3. Nominate a participant to draw the 'Insights Axis' for the next step(s)
4. Group to plot insights that are across at least 2 interviews onto the relevant quadrant of the 'Insights Axis'
5. Individually dot vote on top 5 insights from 'Quadrant 1' of the 'Insights Axis'
   • Each participant gets 5 vote
6. Group to use top voted insights to guide them in Ideation workshop during Framing
