Objective

Define a question set to facilitate user interviews.

Workshop

Tasks:
  1. Individually scribe on post-it notes the 5 questions you would want to ask a user
    • Questions should be based on assumptions surfaced throughout Discovery
    • Use one post-it note per risk
  2. Each participant shares their questions with the group and adds questions to a shared space (i.e. whiteboard)
  3. Group to sort questions into common topics
    • Topics could include but should not be limited to: Intro; Current Workflow; Ideal Process;
    • Remove duplicated questions during sorting
  4. Individually dot vote on the top 5 questions you consider to be the most important
    • Each participant gets 5 votes
  5. Nominate a participant to create the 'Interview Sheet' to be used for User Interviews
    • Re-word/phrase the questions to be non-leading and consider local terminology
  6. Repeat above steps for each required user type
