Objective
Define a question set to facilitate user interviews.
Workshop
Tasks:
- Individually scribe on post-it notes the 5 questions you would want to ask a user
- Questions should be based on assumptions surfaced throughout Discovery
- Use one post-it note per risk
- Each participant shares their questions with the group and adds questions to a shared space (i.e. whiteboard)
- Group to sort questions into common topics
- Topics could include but should not be limited to: Intro; Current Workflow; Ideal Process;
- Remove duplicated questions during sorting
- Individually dot vote on the top 5 questions you consider to be the most important
- Each participant gets 5 votes
- Nominate a participant to create the 'Interview Sheet' to be used for User Interviews
- Re-word/phrase the questions to be non-leading and consider local terminology
- Repeat above steps for each required user type
